Disabled policy

The festival is held on our farm and during the year is used for grazing animals.

We want our event to be enjoyable for everyone so we have tried our best to make our farm as accessible as we can.

Our site is on old pasture fields so with a lot of grass conditions it may become difficult if it rains.

The festival arena is a large rectangle field with the entrance gate at one end and a slight slope to the main stage at other end (We only have one stage). Food, bar, merchandise, market stalls and other facilities are spread around the perimeter of the arena.

As there is a natural slope down to the stage we do not have a disabled viewing platform

The campsite and parking areas are also farmland, used for grazing, sloping and uneven. There are no hard or covered pathways in or around the arena or campsite

We have a disabled camping and day parking area near to the arena entrance which is reasonably flat. If you are disabled and wish to use this facility please book early as there are limited spaces and need to be pre-booked.

There are wheelchair accessible toilets at locations throughout the festival site.

For anyone that is coming for the first time the very furthest you would walk is around 650 metres if you were in the very furthest part of the furthest mixed camping field.
An average would be less than 300 metres.

Please Note: The disabled camping and parking passes are for festival goers with permanent disabilities and proof of eligibility will be required so broken legs, recent injuries or pregnant women do not qualify.

If you wish to apply for a carer or camping ticket please buy your ticket in the normal way then contact The Ticket Sellers with your ticket order and proof of PIP/DLA and if you qualify they will attached your ticket to your account. This will give you access to the disabled camping or parking if not staying.

If you are a Blue Badge holder or higher, you may qualify for disabled parking and will need to send proof to The Ticket Sellers as above.
