WHERE IT IS, PARKING AND TRANSPORT


Q. Where is it?

A. On the A36 between Salisbury and Southampton, 6 miles from Romsey

Q. What time do the gates open?

A. daily at 9.00am for breakfast with performances starting at mid-day

Q. Are there any parking facilities?

A. Yes , parking is free with access from Sherfield English Road

Q. Where is the nearest railway station?

A. The nearest station is Romsey


WHAT CAN I BRING?


Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Yes, dogs are welcome except in the eating areas and they must be kept on a lead at all times.

Q. Can I bring fold-up chairs, wind breaks or gazebos?

A. Fold up chairs are permitted but wind shields or gazebos cannot be brought into the festival arena. And don’t forget your flags!


CAMPING


Q. When is the site open/closed?

A. from Thursday 29 August at 3.00pm, entrance via Sherfield English Road. The site closes Sunday night at 10.00pm

Q. Can I park my car next to my tent?

A. Yes

Q. Are there toilet facilities (including disabled facilities) on the camp site?

A. Yes

Q. Can I have a barbeque or fire at the camp site?

A. Open fires are not permitted.

Q. Is there a water supply on the campsite?

A. Yes


DISABLED


Q. What about disabled facilities?

A. For those that are not camping there is a disabled parking area adjacent to the festival entrance. On arrival please let the stewards know that you are disabled and they will direct you to the parking area.

Q. How accessible is the site for the disabled?

A. All access. Disabled toilet facilities are available for the festival and disabled campers will be situated close to disabled toilets on the campsite.

Q. Is there a separate viewing area for the disabled?

A. No
