All ticket delivery is by email.

Please note Citizen Ticket will send you your Ticket Wallet immediately.
The Ticket Wallet is a unique QR code which holds ALL tickets that belong to a given customer and keeps them all in one place. Here is a link to more information How do I receive my tickets?

If you change your email address you will need to contact Citizen Ticket using email address below.

Unfortunately the festival cannot offer refunds, exchanges, returns or rollovers etc.

 TicketPlan refund information page which can be purchased when ordering your tickets.

Disabled tickets:

If you wish to apply for a carer or camping ticket please buy your ticket in the normal
way then contact The Ticket Sellers with your ticket order and proof of disability in the form of PIP/DLA or Hosp letter. If you qualify this will be added to your account for scanning on arrival.
This will give you access to the disabled camping, or parking if not staying.
