Please note Citizen Ticket will send you your Ticket Wallet immediately.
The Ticket Wallet is a unique QR code which holds ALL tickets that belong to a given customer and keeps them all in one place. Here is a link to more information How do I receive my tickets?

If you change your email address you will need to contact Citizen Ticket using email address below.

Unfortunately the festival cannot offer refunds, exchanges, returns or rollovers etc.

If you follow the LINK it will take you to the Citizen Ticket dedicated help page for the
 TicketPlan refund information page which can be purchased when ordering your tickets.

Disabled tickets:

If you are in receipt of DLA, PIP or can provide evidence of your disability requirements, such as a hospital letter or digital communication, you can pre-book camping, and a complimentary carer ticket if necessary. Purchase your ticket, then contact Citizen Ticket info@citizenticket.co.uk with your evidence.

Your Blue Badge will qualify you for our limited day parking area only, not camping. This also needs to be pre-booked, by purchasing your ticket and contacting Citizen Ticket info@citizenticket.co.uk with your details.
